This is just an observation and perhaps a bit of BS but what the heck...

Back when I first got into computers, 'hackers' were pretty much the gurus of the trade. It was quite the positive recognition to be called a hacker. I've worked with hackers and I was ocassionally thought of as a hacker of the systems I worked with.

Anyway, Soju Dave, I was thinking that you really should consider getting a part time job (or full time job) working on bikes. You could probably learn a lot of things that you want to learn about bikes. Right now you sometimes come off as being dangerous. Please don't take that the wrong way. I'm a firm believer that if you don't make mistakes, then you must not be doing anything. And I've been lucking to make my mistakes and learn on other people's ticket.

I'm lucking that I feel like my job is like playing sometime. I have been known to push the limits in my own conservative way.

As for my biking, I'm just a 'user' . Have fun hacking your bike. I've got the feeling that you really enjoy it.

Ride Safe, and I'll echo Witch Doctor, don't blow yourself up!
